Sessions are held either outside or inside.
A participant is someone who made a reservation by phone, text, e-mail, or Facebook and agreed to the following rules.
Snifflandia reserves the right to change or cancel the training session. Notice will be given at least one day in advance and another date must be proposed.
The participant has the option to cancel the reservation, which must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled training session. Otherwise, the training session must be paid in full.
The training session must be paid for before or after the class via Swish or bank transfer.
Snifflandia may take photos and record the session during the session, with the participant's permission, for marketing and educational purposes.
Dogs participating in the sessions must be in good health. All signs of disease should be reported to the veterinarian. Dogs must be vaccinated and dewormed according to the vaccination schedule. The organizer is entitled to inspect the booklet.
It is recommended that the dog go for a short walk before the class to take care of physiological needs.
The owner should provide the treats for all sessions. The trainer also has treats available, but they are not always appropriate for dogs with allergies.
The organizer provides dog toys and water, but it is recommended that you bring your own dog toys, water, and a bowl. Some dogs refuse to drink from other dogs's bowls and refuse to play with toys.
Bitches in heat are unable to participate in group classes; we will reschedule classes.
In the event of exceptionally bad weather, we will notify you in advance and decide whether or not the training will take place.
The owner is responsible for cleaning up after his dog.
The owner is responsible for any damage to the dog's equipment or health caused by the dog. The owner is responsible for the dog that bit a person or another dog and is responsible for all treatment costs.
